For those who were on a lookout for Nokia Symbian 3 OS smatphoenes will have to wait for some time. The same has been delayed until Q3.
It obviously implies that they will be delayed by 3 months. As far as these delays are concerned, it becomes a serious affair. After all, a lot of investment goes in making these mobile phones come out in the market.
In this case, the total loss in the form of shares would be nearly 15% amounting at $9.65.
As we know that the Nokia received a tough competition from the Apple iPhone, its Symbian Mobile Phones seen as one of the best phones combating the Apple iPhone smartphone. The iPhone runs on Google’s Android OS.
As there is already a stiff competition in the smatphones market, it would be interesting to see how Nokia holds the ground after it comes with its phone in Q3.
What’s more, Nokia seems to delay the launch of handsets run on its Symbian 4 OS until 2011 as a matter of consequence.
