The LG GW 910 has appeared in images just recently revealing to the world one of LG’s upcoming Windows Phone 7 smart phones. The device looks a lot like a wider version of the previously shown LG Panther smart phones and there is no doubt that the GW910 is a potential hit.
Android fans will certainly be comparing this handset to the Motorola Milestone because of the very similar visual features that the two handsets share. Naturally, the device will be supporting the minimum requirements that Microsoft has declared for all WP7 handsets. Expect to see the LG GW910 this coming October.
Speaking of an October launch, the LG GW 910 will not be the only handset that is coming out on that month. In fact, a host of smart phones from various manufacturers and phone makers will be launching the new Microsoft operating system. LG, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, and Sony Ericsson are just a few of the manufacturers that are going to be launch WP7 phones as well.
Windows Phone 7 will be launching with plenty of new features including Bing search, Zune media, Silverlight support, a new MSN player and of course the XBL Games Service.
Last on the news list today is the Samsung Galaxy Tab. The device has just been given a teaser site which confirms that the device is indeed coming to the UK. The name has also been confirmed and this device will certainly be packing the initial specs that Samsung initially announced such as the 7 inch touch screen display.
Of course, the big question on many people’s minds is whether the tablet will still be able to handle voice calls as it was originally announced. If it is, then the Galaxy Tab is going to be one of the largest Android smart phones available on the market.
