The latest Motorola phone to feature the Android operating system is not your usual slide, touch or qwerty design, in fact it’s all three! The Motorola Flipout has today been released on O2 deals and is already available from free for just £20.00 per month on contract deals.
This funky new Motorola phone is also expected to be released on Orange deals in the next few hours which will add even more choice along with some great free gift deals.
An Android-based handset with an unusual design, the Motorola Flipout is sure to appeal to people of all ages.
The rounded-off square form cleverly hides a five-row QWERTY keyboard which rotates out from underneath, providing a narrow set of keys as well as a row of number keys.
The front of the Motorola Flipout features a 2.8 inch touchscreen display in a traditional 320×240 pixel resolution. On the rear is a reasonable 3MP fixed-focus camera which is great for basic snapshots and occasional video clips, and Motorola have partnered with Kodak to integrate their technology for clearer pictures and easier sharing.
This is a 3.5G device with a maximum download speed of 7.3Mbps and upload speed of 2 MBPS. The Flipout supports Wi-Fi and there’s a microSD slot, a 3.5mm audio connector, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, plus an FM radio to boot!
