LG C900 and E900 Windows Phone 7 Handsets Leaked

There are two ways to leak a new handset:

    1) Give some photos to a large blog and let them parade it in all its glory.
    2) Give it to some bloke with a really rubbish camcorder.

LG’s upcoming Windows Phone 7 handsets, the C900 and the E900, have between them managed both.

First the C900, photos of which landed in the hands of Engadget recently. This particular model looks set to appear on AT&T, and is a QWERTY slider handset in the mould of the LG GW620 InTouch Max. It looks nice enough, but aside from a smattering of photos few details are revealed.

Similarly, the indirectly related E900 – which dispenses with the QWERTY keyboard – has been subject to the blurriest of blurry videos on YouTube today. Despite the best attempts of the producer, from the video we gleaned the presence of a camera with LED flash, a mini USB port, a headphone jack, and what looks like a rather smart brushed metal back. This particular handset seems likely to land in Europe, though any details of the hardware it is using aren’t available.

We fully expect similar, slightly more revealing, leaks of these handsets to occur in the coming months in a wishful attempt to drum up some interest. Time to sit down and relax after all the excitement.
