The upgrade to the HTC Hero has now been announced, the new HTC Legend takes on a very similar design format to the previous Android powered handset but further improves on features and technology as well as incorporating new materials in its manufacture for a more robust phone.
The HTC Legend is due to be launched at the very same time as the new HTC Desire, another Android powered device which is a little larger and is HTC’s own brand Nexus One with some nice additions such as the manufacturers Sense user interface and built-in flash support.

Around the same time there will also be a new mini edition of the HTC HD2 made available, the HTC HD Mini cuts down the enormous screen size of the HD2 from 4.3 inches to a more pocket friendly 3.2 inch touch screen display. This new model will go on sale with an initial SIM Free price of £339.99, the cheapest of these three new HTC phones.
