The Blackberry Curve 3G is unmistakeably “BlackBerry” in its design. The phone measures 109 x 60 x 13.9mm. The size is perfect for incorporating the full Qwerty keypad and you can not help but feel that if it was anymore, the effectiveness of this keypad would be lost. At 109 grammes the phone does feel very lightweight for a smartphone.

The trademark full Qwerty keypad works as well as ever, and unlike on some other models the keys do not move around when pressed.

An optical trackpad provides users with precise navigation via a pointer on the screen. Battery life is superb, offering up to 14.5 days in standby and over 5.5 hours talktime thanks to a 1150mAh battery.
